1925 Foundation is a nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS with federal tax-exempt status as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID # 92-3410503). Contributions to the 1925 Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
